Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
For reservations during peak season or special events, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation amount.
Any refunds due will be processed within 7-10 business days.
